Habitación agradable para parejas

Alles in Ordnung. TV hat leichte Ton- oder Empfangsprobleme, aber sonst nix zu meckern. Komme gern wieder.

Wolfram was a nice host and easy to get in touch with. The room was simple and nice. Everything, including the bathroom, was clean. I would gladly stay there again.

Netter Gastgeber, aber er sollte eigentlich wissen, dass man explizit klarstellen sollte, dass man sich ein Bad mit einem mit in der Wohnung wohnenden Mechanic und anderen teilt und es aufgrund der Nässe im Bad nicht möglich ist, dieses unbeschuht zu betreten.

Mit dem Zimmer in Wolframs Pension war ich mehr als zufrieden. Klein aber fein trifft es sehr genau. Man hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in der Hauptstadt benötigt, kann Lebensmittel lagern, hat eine kleine Kochstelle usw. Die Räume waren allesamt sauber und ordentlich und ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt!

Once there he came shortly after I called to let him know I was there, he's friendly and the room is very clean, at first I thought the toilets were included in the room, they are not, they are outside, but we shared toilet with another five people in the room next door and you couldn't even tell. The toilets were always clean, toilet paper and plenty of towels and bed sheets available in one of the toilets.

Location was amazing, it has an Edeka supermarket nearby and the room has a little cooker, microwave and fridge so you can eat on a budget before venturing out into to doing some tourism. However there are plenty, and I mean, plenty of restaurants at competitive prices in that area, so no need to eat in the flat.

I found the wardrobe with hangers and the plastic bags available in the kitchen quite useful. It also had sugar and some cooking basics, and I left some things in there which someone might be able to use on their next stay.

I totally recommend it. Very quite and peaceful and close to strassenbahn and U-bahn.

Wolfram's place was in a very good location close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants... The flat was clean and quiet and each room has their own keys. Totally recommended!

Ruhig, klein und sauber. Leider habe ich die Dusche nicht nutzen können, weil die Warmwasser-Therme defekt war. In der Nachbarwohnung - einmal über den Flur- konnte ich ausweichen, so war es arrangiert. Alles in allem schon provisorisch, wenn das nicht so gewesen wäre, hätte ich auch 4 Sterne vergeben, da zumindest das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gestimmt hat/hätte. Das Zimmer ist abzudunkeln und mit ausreichend Schrankraum ausgestattet. Eine neue Matratze lag bereit, es ging aber auch noch mit der alten. Die integrierte Mini-Küche ist nur spärlich ausgestattet, aber wer keine aufwendigen Gerichte zaubern will, kommt gut klar. Praktisch der Laden gleich in der Wohnung gegenüber in der Nachbarwohnung. Mineralwasser und alle anderen Getränke muss man nicht weit schleppen. Für nicht motorisierte Berlinurlauber eine besonders zu würdigende Qualität. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Straßenbahn sogar in 1 Minute erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber ein gutes Restaurant und eine Kellerbar mit Live-Jazz Arrangements (täglich). TV und WLAN top! Netter Vermieter.

Das Zimmer war super! Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern, von welchem man eines (oder mehrere, wenn nötig) der Zimmer mieten kann. Man kann also fast sagen, dass man auch ein eigenes Bad hat. Alle Räume, die wir gesehen haben waren hell, liebevoll eingerichtet, zentral mit guter Anbindung und Wolfram war ein netter Gastgeber, der uns pünktlich und ohne Komplikationen die Schlüssel gebracht hat.
Es gab eine kleine Küche, TV und Wlan, und eignet sich so auch super für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
