Modern clean fully equipped studio apartment situated on the first floor of this period conversion. The property is situated on a quiet residential road just a short walk to Kilburn High Road, and 3 minutes walk to Queens Park station. Ideal accommodation for 2 adults. Fully Furnished with double bed (192cm long x 138cm wide), Wardrobe, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Electric Hob, Microwave Oven, LCD TV (with free view), DVD player, WIRELESS INTERNET, Dining table & chairs, all essentials supplied for a comfortable stay including bed linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils. Private toilet (TOILET PAPER IS NOT PROVIDE), shower and kitchen.
Short distance from central London, with numerous transport links (Underground, National Rail, Buses) many local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities can be found within walking distance

Brent is a suburb in North West London. There are several tube stations located in the district, many of them located on the Jubilee Line which will take you directly to Bond Street Station, which is right by Oxford Street. Oxford Street is the main shopping street in London with shops such as Selfridges and Debenhams. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London. Hyde Park is located west of Oxford Street where you will find Kensington Gardens. If you walk through the park you will reach Kensington where you can find the famous department store Harrods’s and plenty of museums, for example Natural History museum and Science museum.
An easy journey away is also Camden, which is famous for Camden Market and the wide range of bars and clubs that daily hosts many gigs. Camden is amazing for a day and night out! Around the corner you can enjoy a calmer environment in the beautiful Regents Park, which is also the location for Madame Tussauds.
If you want to enjoy the extensive night life London has to offer, there are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London.

-Parking is free on weekend and Bank holidays. Monday to Friday £3 p/day.
-If you leave very early in the morning or late at night you will leave keys on the table in the room and your deposit will be refunded via ‘PayPal’ or bank transfer once the housekeeper has checked the room.
-when booking please include all guests, our occupancy rules are very strict, children should be included in your booking regardless of age, we will not allow any ‘over occupancy’ due to our insurers requirements.
-Please separate your rubbish and place in the correct bin:
Blue Bin (Recycling) - Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Tin etc
Brown Bin (Garden) - Food waste, Garden waste etc
Green Bin (General) - General Rubbish, anything that cannot go into Blue or Brown Bins.

El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo y muy adecuado para pasar unos pocos días en la ciudad. Se encuentra bastante alejado del centro de Londres por lo que se necesitan entre 35 y 50 minutos para llegar a las zonas típicas de visita (Zona 5 del Metro), pero el barrio es residencial y muy tranquilo y la estación está a escasos 5 minutos andando, por lo que se encuentra bien comunicado.
My family and I had a great experience in this apartment in London.The house keeper in person and Olga by e-mail were very kind. The apartment was in perfect conditions, clean and as you see in the pictures. The transport was near and you could be in the center of London in 20 minutes. It's a quiet zone and all was great!

Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones en este apartamento. Todo estaba perfecto, como en las fotos. La zona es tranquila y bien comunicada. Gracias.
If you are looking for a real wimdu experience this house is not for you. This is a big house converted to a hotel and upto 20 people stay at the same time in different rooms. The host is not around but you need to reach by phone or catch the cleaning lady coming 1-2 hours during the day.
The quilts/duvets were smelling very awful that we could not sleep first night. the following day I was lucky to see the cleaning lady to request her to change them.
Also to get my deposit back when leaving the studio I called the number of the person who should come to check the studio and pay the deposit back. However the person I called used very bad language on the phone to me. I called back the landlord who did not believe me first then apologized and send another person instead blaming her staff.
My overall experience with the house and landlord was not good. I don't recommend to anyone who does not want to have any headache during their London stay.
Das Appartment liegt in einer recht ruhigen Gegend, aber nah an den Gleisen. Da unser Zimmer zum Hinterhof hinausging, haben wir davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Alles war sehr sauber, vor allem das Bad kann ich da nur lobend hervorheben. Es gibt Fön, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Geschirr für zwei Personen. Ein paar Gewürze waren von den Vorbesitzern hinterlassen worden. Insgesamt zum Übernachten sehr gut geeignet. Ich hätte mir noch die Information gewünscht, dass es ein recht kleines (französisches) Doppelbett ist mit einer (!) großen Decke. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner, der erreichbar war bei Fragen/Problemen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind circa 10min zu Fuß entfernt.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

El apartamento muy justito , Andréw muy amable' lo mejor la ubicación muy cerca del metro que en diez minutos te deja en pleno centro y con supermercados cercanos.
Nice place to have an holiday
The house is a quite big, semi-detached house, with enough space for every tenant.
It is very clean and ordered (each kitchen shelf has a number associated to the number of the room). They also provide you with all the kitchen tools needed for cooking. The housekeeper is very reliable and available. The house is quite far away from the city centre, but the Bakerloo line and the London overground, as well as a wide range of local buses, allow you to reach the most important London must-sees. In fact Rusland park road is very near to 2 underground stops (Harrow&Wealdstone, which is only 5 minutes walk, and Harrow-on-the-hill, which is in Harrow centre and is about 15 minutes walk. Harrow is a quiet town where you can stroll even late in the night and the citizens are very friendly. We advise everyone this location for a short, but also a long time (we have spent there 20 days).
P.s. If you come from outside UK (and similar) bring an electrical adaptor with you.
As already stated last year, we took the studio again for good reasons:
It is perfectly situated near Queens Park at the Bakerloo line within zone 2. Supermarkets, Pubs, banks, restaurants ... everything you need is within walking distance. The equipment is as listed on the website, everything clean and in good function.
The window is a bit small, but it is directed to the back garden, so you don`t get all the noise from the street and the nearby railway.
Andrew, the housekeeper was again very friendly and helpfull. Although we were delayed at the arrival, he was there within minutes after a phone call.
Since I was (again) travelling with my daughter, I like the fact, that it`s got two seperate beds, both large enough very comfortable.
Again we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next visit.
Globalement satisfait par le logement, Olga est réactive a nos demandes.
Logement bien placé près des commerces, des transports et du coeur de Londres tout en étant au calme.
Le troisième couchage (sofa) n'est pas très confortable.
